Oklahoma ’s former chief medical examiner is asking an Oklahoma County judge to reinstate him.

Dr. Collie M. Trant alleges in a 24-page "whistle-blower” lawsuit that his rights were violated because he was fired as retaliation for reporting wrongdoing. Trant’s lawsuit was filed Tuesday.
