Tina Ann Galloway was also ordered to repay $205,468 and given a 19-year, three-month suspended sentence.
She pleaded guilty Monday to two felony counts of embezzlement while serving as finance director for the agency's Adult Rehabilitation Center.
Investigators say she took money from the Salvation Army's monthly auto auctions from May 2005 through June of this year.
Discrepancies in the auto auctions were discovered when Galloway was on leave in May and June.
She was fired in July.
