Ex-security guard sentenced in faked Oklahoma smoke shop robbery

A former security guard was ordered Tuesday to serve 10 months in federal prison and pay $42,140 in restitution to the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes for a 2009 smoke shop theft.

William Jeffrey Brady Jr. , 22, of Clinton, pleaded guilty in October to conspiracy to commit theft.

Prosecutors said he and an accomplice staged a fake armed robbery.
