Excessive speed, alcohol, operator inattention contributed to fatal boat crash, report states

John Deselms, of Tulsa, was arrested on a complaint of operating a vessel under the influence and was released on a medical bond, the report states. Two people died May 14 when the boat Deselms was driving struck an unoccupied houseboat on Grand Lake, police said.
