Express Services' CEO seeks to dismiss partner's lawsuit
Attorneys for Bob Funk , chief executive officer of Express Services Inc. , filed a motion in federal court in Oklahoma City to dismiss a lawsuit by his longtime business partner, Bill Stoller.
Stoller, the company's co-founder, filed the lawsuit last month alleging Funk diverted more than $134 million to his personal use and demanded that Funk be removed as chief executive officer.
