Falcons, Bengals plan 2 combined practice days

FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. (AP) — The Atlanta Falcons and Cincinnati Bengals will hold combined practices during training camp on Aug. 5 and Aug. 6.

The combined practices, which will be open to the public at the Falcons' practice facility, will be held before the teams play a preseason game at the Georgia Dome on Thursday, Aug. 8.

The Falcons have shared practice fields with other teams during training camp.

The Falcons and Tennessee Titans held a joint practice at Coahulla High School in Dalton, Ga., in training camp last year. The last time the Falcons hosted a combined practice was in 2010, when the Jacksonville Jaguars and New England Patriots worked at Flowery Branch.

The Falcons traveled to Jacksonville in 2011 for combined practices with the Jaguars.
