Fall TV: Who Makes The Grade?

Primetime television endured a bit of a bloodbath this spring as ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX sent a multitude of their programs to the chopping block to make room for a revamped fall lineup. As we inch closer to the upcoming season, TV Guide's Matt Roush breaks down the network's best and worst decisions for the fall.

With the recent departure of Desperate Housewives, ABC is placing its bets on fan favorites like Once Upon a Time, Suburgatory and Revenge, sloughing off the high-profile "flops" Pan Am, GCB and Charlie's Angels. Overall Roush gives the network a "B" rating for its original programming, especially Revenge which he deems as the "Dynasty of our moment right now."
