Family, friends gather to remember Patton
Traquan Patton 's soft voice and sense of humor were at the heart of the memories shared by his family and friends at the 16-year-old's funeral Saturday morning.
Patton, the Putnam City High School junior who died a heat-related death Aug. 21 after participating in an offseason conditioning program, had his life celebrated by dozens of family members Saturday at Temple and Sons' Earl M. Temple Memorial Chapel.
