Fantasy football: Bargain picks include running backs Alfred Morris, C.J. Spiller and Michael Bush

Once Ahmad Bradshaw returns for the Giants, Andre Brown's value will drop

Finding a fantasy football starter three weeks into the season is difficult, especially in deeper leagues. But monitoring injuries can sometimes uncover a player whose playing time might increase.

If Washington running back Alfred Morris, Buffalo running back C.J. Spiller, Chicago running back Michael Bush or St. Louis wide receiver Danny Amendola is available, then grab them quick.

Other options have limitations.

Giants running back Andre Brown, who had 13 carries for 71 yards and a touchdown while filling in for Ahmad Bradshaw, might be worth getting for a one-week pickup. Bradshaw (neck) isn't expected to play Thursday night against Carolina. Brown, though, still probably isn't worthy of being in your starting lineup.

Miami Dolphins wide receiver Brian Hartline, who had nine catches for 111 yards and was targeted a dozen times, is worth a flier.

A few tight ends are worth grabbing if it's a position you need to upgrade. Put Baltimore's Dennis Pitta, who had eight catches on 15 targets, at the top of your list. Buffalo's Scott Chandler and the Giants Martellus Bennett might be options.
