FBI investigating attempted bank robbery in Edmond

The FBI is looking for a man it said tried to rob an Edmond credit union Tuesday afternoon.

The FBI is looking for a man it said tried to rob a credit union Tuesday.

The heavily disguised man approached a teller at the FAA Credit Union at 2800 N Kelly in Edmond about 1:30 p.m. and asked for a brochure.

The man then turned and left without getting any money. He was last seen walking north from the bank.

Surveillance photos and witness descriptions indicate the man was white, in his late 20s, 6 feet tall, 165 pounds with brown hair. He was wearing a dark blue jacket, gray hoodie, blue jeans, dark gloves, a black wig, fake mustache and sunglasses.

Anyone with information about the man can call the FBI at 290-7770.
