The FBI is looking for a man who robbed the City National Bank inside an Oklahoma City Walmart.
A man entered the bank at Walmart, 100 E Interstate 240 Service Road, about 5 p.m. Thursday and gave a teller a note demanding money, according to a news release from James Finch, special agent in charge of the FBI’s Oklahoma City division.
The robber left with an undisclosed amount of money in a dark-colored four-door vehicle. No one was injured in the robbery, according to the release.
Surveillance photos and witness descriptions indicate the robber is a black man in his late 40s to early 50s. He is described as about 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing about 230 pounds, with a medium to stocky build.
He was last seen wearing khaki-colored coveralls, dark-rimmed glasses and a tan scarf on his head under a red and black baseball cap.
Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at 290-7770. Callers may remain anonymous. The Oklahoma Bankers Association offers a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of anyone responsible for robbing a member bank.
