FBI investigators are looking for a man they describe as a serial bank robber after a northwest Oklahoma City bank was targeted Thursday afternoon.

The MidFirst Bank branch at 13240 N May Ave. was robbed about 1:45 p.m. by a man wearing a fake mustache and goatee, FBI officials said.

They believe the same man robbed the same branch Oct. 31 and robbed a MidFirst branch Nov. 21 at 6351 N MacArthur Blvd., in Warr Acres.

The man is described as white, 25 to 35 years old, between 5 feet 9 inches and 6 feet tall, and weighing between 180 and 200 pounds.

Thursday, the man entered the bank and demanded money from the teller. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of money. Witnesses said the man ran south from the bank to the parking area of a drive-in restaurant, where he is believed to have departed in a vehicle that had been parked there, FBI officials said.

MidFirst Bank is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the robber.

Authorities ask those with information about Thursday's robbery, or the earlier robberies, to call the FBI at 290-7770. Callers may remain anonymous.
