Two former Oklahoma lawmakers facing felony bribery charges have been formally bound over for trial.
Former Rep. Randy Terrill of Moore and former Sen. Debbe Leftwich of Oklahoma City appeared before Oklahoma County Special Judge Stephen Alcorn Friday. Alcorn ruled in November 2011 there is sufficient evidence to try Leftwich and Terrill for bribery. On Wednesday, a state appeals court upheld Alcorn's decision to disallow conspiracy charges in the case.
