A man was shot and killed Wednesday afternoon in an apparent domestic incident in northwest Oklahoma City.

About 5:15 p.m., officers were called to a shooting at 2701 NW 12. When they arrived, they found the man dead outside of the home, Lt. Don Holland said.

The victim's name was not released, but is a white man in his early 30s, he said.

Police have the suspected shooter — a man — in custody. Investigators are determining what prompted the shooting before making any arrests, Holland said.

Several of the victim's family members were also being questioned at the home Wednesday evening, including the man's wife and father.

No further information was available.
