Last of three escaped Oklahoma inmates is captured

The last of three inmates who escaped Monday from a jail in Okfuskee County was captured Friday near Tulsa.

Escapee is caught

— The last of three men who escaped Monday from an Oklahoma jail has been captured. Keith Dewayne Smith, 45, was taken into custody Friday near Stone Bluff, just south of Tulsa, the Okfuskee County sheriff's department reported. Smith and two others — Gerald Adams and Tanner Hicks — broke out of the Okfuskee County jail Monday. Adams and Hicks were caught earlier in the week.
