A Texas man is accusing Six Flags of barring him from a ride because he doesn’t have hands.

A Texas man is accusing Six Flags of barring him from a ride because he doesn’t have hands.

Clint Bench was born without hands due to a congenital deformity, but The Dallas News reports that he hasn’t let his lack of hands stop him from leading an active lifestyle.

In May 2012, an employee at Six Flags in Arlington, Texas refused to allow him to ride the Aquaman Splashdown he’d been on several times before.

The Dallas Observer reports that the employee said he was in violation of a new policy that requires riders to have at least one fully formed arm all the way down to the fingers.
