Oklahoma City apartment sale nets $35.75 million

Montclair Parc Apartments, 10900 S Pennsylvania Ave., has sold for $35.75 million.

Montclair Park Apartments LP sold to Sir Montclair Park LLC in a transaction handled by William T. Forrest, David Forrest and Eva Wills of CB Richard Ellis-Oklahoma. First American Title Co. handled the closing.

The 332,558-square-foot, 360-unit complex was built in 1999. The sale price came to $99,300 per individual apartment unit.
