Oklahoma City Museum hosting sculpture event for kids

The sculpture event is from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday at the National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum and is open to the public.

The National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum will offer a sculpture class on Saturday as part of its Saturdays for Kids program.

The event will be from 10 a.m. until noon at the museum, 1700 NE 63.

The event will allow kids to make a clay horse and take it home. Local artist Annalisa Campbell will teach kids how to make their sculptures.

The program is open to ages 4 to 12. All children must be accompanied by an adult. The program is free, but reservations must be made by noon on Friday.
