BOWLEGS — Two Oklahoma City women have been arrested in connection with the death of a Lindsay man, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations reports Friday.
Authorities discovered the body of Nathan Dale Blankenship, 32, Thursday in Seminole County. Blankenship had been missing since Feb. 2.
Agents arrested Jessica Cornwell, 33, and Adena Beasley, 32, on felony charges in the unauthorized removal of a dead body, according to an OSBI news release.
The women were acquaintances of Blankenship's, the OSBI reports. Agents are investigating the case as a homicide.
Court records show that Beasley has several charges in Garvin, Grady and McClain counties. They include grand larceny in 2005, stalking in 2003, and drug possession charges in 2003 and 2005.
An initial search through the Oklahoma State Courts Network, state Department of Corrections and On Demand Court Records did not show any convictions for Cornwell.
