Two people died in weekend accidents, authorities said.
Joshua Carry, 26, Stigler
About 9 a.m. Sunday, Carry was driving a sport utility vehicle east on State Highway 20 in Rogers County when it veered off the road near County Road North South 420, troopers said. Carry was ejected from a rear window and died at the scene from massive injuries, troopers said. He was not wearing a seat belt.
Unidentified person
A pedestrian was killed Saturday night crossing the road near SE 58 and Shields Boulevard Saturday night, Oklahoma City police Detective Douglas Hurst said.
The victim's name was not released.
Hurst said one vehicle thought to be involved in the accident has been impounded, and officers are searching for a black sport utility vehicle in connection with the wreck.
