Pipe bombs found at southwest Oklahoma City trucking company

The Oklahoma City bomb squad is on the scene after two pipe bombs were found attached to a trucking company vehicle on the city's southwest side Monday afternoon, police said. The bombs were destroyed at the scene and no one was hurt.

Two pipe bombs were found Monday attached to a vehicle's gas tank at a trucking company on the city's southwest side, police said.

The devices were discovered about 4:50 p.m. at Magerus Trucking Co., 3809 SW 29, by an employee, Sgt. Tyara Nash said. The devices were confirmed to be working bombs, and were destroyed on site by the Oklahoma City police bomb squad, she said.

No one was hurt, and no additional explosive devices were found when bomb technicians swept the scene, Nash said.

Officers spent Monday night collecting evidence and questioning other employees, she said. No arrests were reported.
