There is a slight chance of rain Tuesday afternoon, the National Weather Service reports. There is a 40 percent chance for rain Tuesday night and a 70 percent chance for rain Wednesday. Chances increase to 90 percent Wednesday night in Oklahoma City.
The Oklahoma City forecast is as follows:
Tuesday: A 20 percent chance of showers after noon. Partly sunny with a high near 55. South wind 7 to 11 mph.
Tuesday night: A 40 percent chance of showers. Cloudy with a low around 41. South wind 5 to 10 mph becoming north, northeast after midnight.
Wednesday: Showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm. Cloudy with a high near 49. North, northeast wind 9 to 16 mph with gusts as high as 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70 percent.
Wednesday night: Showers. Low around 41. Calm wind becoming south 5 to 9 mph after midnight. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent.
Thursday: A 40 percent chance of rain mainly before noon. Cloudy with a high near 52. South, southwest wind 13 to 18 mph with gusts as high as 25 mph.
Thursday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 40.
Friday: Mostly sunny with a high near 65.
