An Oklahoma City man was arrested after a neighbor said a person looked into his house three times, police reported.

Jason Patrick Gordon, 32, was arrested on trespassing and peeping Tom complaints.

Police were called to the 7500 block of Embassy Terrace after the owner of the home told police there was a suspicious person hanging around his backyard, according to the incident report.

Jason Kay, 28, told police he and his fiance noticed Gordon standing by Kay's garage with a puppy when Kay's fiance was smoking on the front porch.

Kay later heard noises from outside his bathroom window and saw Gordon outside the window when he opened the blinds, according to the report.

Kay told police he heard noises in his backyard and saw Gordon when he pulled open the curtains. Kay said Gordon ran away and Kay yelled at him asking what he was doing, according to the report.

When police were checking the area around Kay's residence, an officer saw Gordon trying to peek inside the residence, according to the report.

Gordon is a registered sex offender, according the state Corrections Department's website. He is on probation from a 2003 Cleveland County rape conviction.

Gordon was taken to the Oklahoma County jail.
