Two crashes on Oklahoma roads leave four dead

Anastasia was driving a sport utility vehicle about 5 a.m. Thursday, north on U.S. 177, when she crossed the centerline and hit a van carrying four people that was going south. Anastasia and the driver of the van, Ramirez, died at the scene. Claussells, a passenger in the van, died at a hospital.

The other two van passengers are listed in serious condition at Stillwater Medical Center. They are Anthony Vega, 41, and Juan Rosario, 32, both of Puerto Rico.

The four people in the van were prison officials from Puerto Rico visiting a correctional facility in Cushing.

Everyone involved was wearing a seat belt.

Rachel Bea Ball, 27, Hinton

Ball died about 7:20 p.m. Wednesday in a crash on a Caddo County road a mile south of Hydro just east of State Highway 58, the patrol reports.

Hall was driving a minivan westbound on a county road when the minivan apparently hit a puddle, left the roadway and crashed.

She was dead at the scene from massive injuries to her head and internal trunk.

The wreck remains under investigation, the patrol reports.
