1:30 p.m. Multiple houses in southwest Oklahoma City were evacuated Tuesday while the bomb squad from the police department searched a home for explosives.

Capt. Dexter Nelson said Roger Sherman, the occupant of the home on SW 79, was arrested in November on suspicion of operating a meth lab in the house. While searching the house in November, police found multiple explosives. Nelson said they received a tip from neighbors that some explosives remained in the house, so the bomb squad was called in to search the property.
