Black-eyed peas tradition to continue
JRB Art at the Elms, 2810 N Walker, will continue its tradition of welcoming the new year with black-eyed peas and an art exhibit when "Metropolis” opens Jan. 1. The exhibit, opening with a 1 to 7 p.m. reception, features new works by Michele Mikesell and Bennett Berry . The new year kickoff continues Jan. 2 with a 6 to 10 p.m. reception.
