First-ever Arts in the City Multicultural Festival draws residents to Memorial Park

Oklahoma City residents gathered at the Arts in the City Multicultural Festival at Memorial Park.

The three-day festival was presented by The Oklahoma Black Museum and Performing Arts Center and featured live entertainment, kite and mask making, food vendors and a 3-on-3 basketball tournament.
