First-quarter homebuilding in Oklahoma City sees growth over ’09 rate

Oklahoma City homebuilders piloted a statistical wayback machine in the first quarter, landing back in 2008 and then way back in 2000.

Those surviving the housing downturn were happy either way: They escaped first-quarter 2009, the slowest quarter for housing starts here since the busted 1980s.
