CENTRAL

Arcadia: blue and channel catfish fair on punchbait and shad near the dam. White bass good on rooster tails near boat ramps in the evenings.

Overholser: elevation 3 ft. below normal. White bass slow on minnows and jigs. Catfish slow on stinkbait and minnows.

NORTHEAST

Bell Cow: elevation normal, water clear. Bass fair to good on plastic baits and spinnerbaits. Crappie good on minnows.

Carl Blackwell: elevation normal, water 80 degrees. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs.

Chandler: elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth bass good on plastic lures. Catfish fair on cut bait and doughbait. Crappie fair to good minnows.

Copan: elevation normal and clear. Crappie good on minnows and jigs near docks and areas with submerged structure at 6 to 8 ft.

Eucha: elevation 1 1/2 ft. below normal, water 79 degrees and murky. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around brush and structure at 12 to 14 ft. Largemouth bass good on topwater baits around grass beds.

Fort Gibson: elevation 3 1/2 ft. above normal and stained. White bass fair trolling rooster tails and small crankbaits around the windy points. chicken jigs at 5 to 15 ft. Catfish good on minnows and cut bait below the dam.

Grand: largemouth bass being caught on 10 inch worms and shallow running crankbaits. White bass still picking up the most on the silver rainbow minnow and jigging off points and humps. There is some surfacing action early morning and at sunset.

Greenleaf: elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth bass good on jigs, worms, spinnerbaits and crankbaits around rocky points, brush structure and creek channels. Channel catfish good on cut bait on bottom around spillways and grass beds at night.

Hudson: elevation normal. Largemouth bass good on plastic baits and spinnerbaits. White bass fair to good trolling small wiggle-warts and small lures in the upper end of the lake.

Hulah: elevation above normal and murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs near submerged structure at 8-10 ft. Catfish fair on worms and cut shad below the dam.

Kaw: elevation 2 ft. below normal. Crappie good on 1/8th ounce chartreuse jigs and minnows at 10 to 20 ft. around Sarge Creek and Washunga Bay riprap. Catfish excellent on rod and reel and juglines with fresh shad at 2 to 6 ft. in Coon Creek flats fished. Channel catfish good on cut shad up the Arkansas River from Newkirk Bridge south.

Lower Illinois: elevation normal, water 60 degrees and clear. Largemouth bass good on topwater lures all along the river. Striped bass excellent on live shad at 1 to 2 ft. below Gore Landing. Channel catfish good on cut bait on bottom all along the river.

Skiatook: elevation 2 ft. below normal, water 70 degrees and clear. Largemouth bass fair on soft plastics at 10 to 15 ft. around brush piles. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on live shad and drift fishing at 35 ft. and deeper.

Sooner: striped bass hybrids good on live shad and slabs.

Spavinaw: elevation slightly below normal, water 77 degrees and murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around the dam area. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits.

Tenkiller: elevation 1 ft. below normal, water 82 degrees and clear. Largemouth bass slow on four inch plastic worms on shaky head jigs. Sunfish good on night crawlers around docks.

Webbers Falls: elevation normal, water murky. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits and crankbaits around brush structure, creek channels and riprap. Channel catfish good on fresh cut bait on bottom.

NORTHWEST

Canton: elevation 1 ft. below normal. White bass and striped bass hybrids good drifting shad and trolling crankbaits. Channel catfish good on shad.

Fort Supply: elevation 1 ft. below normal, water clear. Channel catfish fair on stinkbait and cut bait along the dam.

SOUTHEAST

Arbuckle: elevation 1/2 ft. below normal, water 79 degrees and stained. Crappie on white marabou jigs and minnows at 12 to 18 ft. around brush piles. White bass being caught off points at 15 to 18 ft. some surface activity in evening hours in mid-lake near dam

Blue River: elevation normal, water 70 degrees and clear. Smallmouth and spotted bass fair on various baits early morning and late evening. Channel catfish good on stinkbait and minnows.

Broken Bow: water clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass good on 10 inch worms Texas or Carolina-rigged in motor oil color around structure after dark. Spotted bass schooling topwater early and late.

Eufaula: elevation 1/2 ft. below normal, water clear. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits around deeper points. White bass good on topwater lures along the flats early and late. Blue catfish good on shad along deeper flats.

Hugo: elevation 1/2 ft. below normal. Crappie and bass fair on minnows along the creek channels. Catfish fair on goldfish and cut bait.

Konawa: elevation normal, water 80 degrees and clear. Largemouth bass good on topwater lures and crankbaits in schooling fish at 10 to 12 ft. along the north shoreline early and late.

McGee Creek: elevation normal, water 80 degrees and clear. Largemouth bass good on soft plastic jerk baits at 3 to 10 ft. and on topwater lures early and late for schooling fish.

Murray: largemouth and smallmouth bass being caught on various baits early and late. White bass being caught on minnows and jigs. Channel catfish being caught on stinkbaits, worms, shrimp and chicken liver.

Robert S. Kerr: elevation normal, water 82 degrees and murky. Crappie good on minnows and dark colored jigs when fishing submerged brush piles at 6 to 12 ft. White bass fair trolling deep-diving crankbaits in the Big San Bois Creek mouth and the Arkansas River area.

Sardis Lake: bass good off of points and around creek channels on spinnerbaits and plugs also good on watermelon lizards in grass early mornings and at night. Crappie excellent on pink or green and black grubs around cover and off of Jack Fork Bridge, half bridge and tower on live minnows and in timber on east side of Bohanan Ridge especially at night. Flathead catfish fair on juglines or trotlines with shad, sunfish or goldfish off points close to channels.

Texoma: elevation 1 ft. below normal, water 82 degrees and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair to good on spinnerbaits and plastic combination baits along the creek channels. Striped and white bass fair to good on topwater lures and live bait from Catfish Bay south and west. Channel and blue catfish fair to good on worms and cut shad from Platter Flats south and west.

Wister: elevation 1/2 ft. below normal and murky. Largemouth bass good on soft plastic worms, topwater early and late. Crappie fair with small spinnerbaits, pink jigs and minnows.

SOUTHWEST

Altus-Lugert: elevation 25 ft. below normal. Catfish good. Striped bass hybrids fair on minnows. Crappie and walleye good.

Foss: elevation 1/2 ft. below normal, water 80 degrees and clear. Gates closed. Fishing has been slow partly because the water temp has been fluctuating up and down 3 to 4 degrees daily. Striped bass hybrid slow on light colored jigs or drifting with slabs.

Fort Cobb: elevation 1/4 ft. above normal. Catfish slow to fair on cut baits.

Lawtonka: channel catfish good drift fishing on cut shad.

Waurika: elevation normal, water murky. Blue catfish slow on cut shad and whole shad.
