CENTRAL
Draper: Largemouth bass good on tandem spinners in coves on structure. Channel catfish good on stinkbaits. Due to pump failure and the lake’s small watershed lake elevation is below normal. Boat access to the lake is poor and a longer walk to bank fish. The main fishing docks are still floating. One boat ramp is barely usable.
Overholser: Elevation below normal, water clear. Fishing is picking up.
Thunderbird: Elevation 1/2 ft. below normal and clear. White bass good on jigs, sassy shad off points and drop offs. Saugeye good on medium-diving crankbaits, jigs and sassy shad off points and humps. Crappie good on structure at 7-9 ft. on minnows and small jigs.
NORTHEAST
Bell Cow: Elevation normal, water murky. Bass good on plastic worms and crankbaits. Channel catfish fair on doughbaits and cut bait. Crappie good on minnows.
Copan: Elevation above normal, water clear. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 6-8 ft. near docks and areas with submerged structure. Catfish slow on chicken liver and cut shad below the dam.
Eucha: Elevation slightly above normal, water 69 and murky. Crappie good on jigs and minnows around brush and structure at 12-14 ft. Largemouth bass good on topwater baits. Bluegill fair on crickets and worms around grass beds.
Ft. Gibson: Elevation 6 1/2 ft. above normal and murky. Catfish good on night crawlers and cut shad in the mouths of the creeks. White bass fair using spoons and swim baits jigging the deeper holes. Largemouth bass good using crankbaits and plastic worms.
Greenleaf: Elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits and crankbaits near shorelines and rocky points. Catfish good on fresh cut bait and liver on bottom near the spillway. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around fishing docks and brush structure.
Hudson: Elevation normal. Largemouth bass good on plastic baits and spinnerbaits. Crappie fair to good on minnows and jigs.
Kaw: Elevation below normal. White and striped bass fair on bucktails and shad in the tailwaters. Blue catfish good on shad in the upper
Arkansas arm. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 15-20 ft. along
Sarge Creek.
Lower Illinois: Elevation normal, water 58 and murky. Largemouth bass good on topwater lures all along the river. Striped bass good on live bait at 1-2 ft. below Gore Landing. Channel catfish good on cut bait on bottom all along the river. Trout good fly fishing on the surface, on rooster tails at 1-2 ft. and on power bait on bottom above Gore Landing.
Oologah: Elevation 5 ft. above normal, water 70 and murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush piles at 15 ft. White bass fair trolling shad colored crankbaits around main lake points at 10 -15 ft. Blue and channel catfish fair on shad below the dam.
Sooner: White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on live shad and slabs. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush piles.
Spavinaw: Elevation slightly above normal, water 72 and murky. Crappie fair on jigs and minnows around the dam area. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits.
Tenkiller: Elevation 6 ft. above normal, water 75 and clear. Largemouth bass slow with some action in shallow shrubs on worms or crankbaits. Catfish fair on cut baits at 24-30 ft. with juglines or flip flops. Sunfish good on night crawlers in or near docks.
Webbers Falls: Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits, crankbaits, jigs and worms along riprap and flats. Catfish good on fresh cut bait on bottom. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush structure and bridges.
NORTHWEST
Canton: Elevation 1 ft. below normal. White bass and striped bass hybrids excellent on shad and slabs. Channel catfish good on shad and night crawlers.
SOUTHEAST
Arbuckle: Elevation normal, water 72 and clear. White bass are schooling hitting rattletraps, small grubbed jigs. Crappie being caught on brush piles at 15-17 ft. and off docks. Bass are also chasing shad in mid-lake on topwater, flukes best when on topwater, drop-shot when they are down and Carolina rigged lizards.
Eufaula: Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water clear. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits around points and rocky areas. White bass good on topwater lures along the flats early and late. Blue catfish good on fresh shad drifting the shallow flats. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 10-12 ft. under bridges and around standing timber.
Hugo: Elevation 2 1/2 ft. above normal and rising. Crappie and bass fair on minnows. Channel catfish fair on trotlines baited with cut bait and goldfish.
Konawa: Elevation normal, water 81 and clear. Largemouth bass good on spoons and crankbaits at 5-10 ft. in schooling fish in the coves early and late.
McGee Creek: Elevation 3 1/2 inches above normal, water 78 and clear. Largemouth bass good on soft plastic jerk baits at 3-10 ft., and on topwater lures early and late for schooling fish. Crappie good around cedar brush on minnows and jigs. Channel catfish fair on jug lines with live bait.
Pine Creek: Elevation above normal, water excellent. Bass good on plastic worms around rocky points. Crappie good on minnows around tops near creek channel openings into the lake. Catfish good on catalpa worms.
Robert S. Kerr: Elevation normal, water 75 and murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs when fishing the submerged brush piles at 5-12 ft. Catfish good on fresh shad and cut bait when slow drift fishing and jug fishing the river channels of the Big San Bois and the
Arkansas River.
Texoma: Elevation normal, water 79 and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass fair to good on crankbaits around the points. Striped and white bass fair to good on live bait and sassy shad from Platter flats to the south and west. Channel and blue catfish fair to good on cut shad and worms from the U.S. Highway 70 bridge north. Crappie fair to good on minnows around underwater brush and clear oxbow lakes. Sunfish good on worms around the fish attractors and fishing docks.
Wister: Elevation 7 1/2 ft. above normal and murky. Largemouth bass good on soft plastic worms and spinnerbaits early and late. Crappie fair with small spinners, pink jigs and minnows. Channel and blue catfish fair on juglines baited with cut shad and liver.
SOUTHWEST
Altus-Lugert: Elevation 25 ft. below normal. Catfish fair to good. Striped bass hybrids and walleye good. Crappie fair on minnows.
Foss: Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water 72 and clear. Striped bass hybrid fair with slabs in deep water. White bass fair with live bait. Walleye slow. Crappie fair.
Tom Steed: Elevation normal. Catfish good on cut bait in the north end of the lake.
