Five arrested in connection with Oklahoma City assault

Five people were arrested after a woman was beaten, burned with cigarettes and raped with a metal rod, court records show.

Michelle Eubank, 24; Lori Hicks, 42; David Hood, 37; Mary Jones, 47; and Matthew Urbin, 42; were arrested on complaints of aggravated assault and battery and kidnapping, according to a probable cause affidavit filed in Oklahoma County District Court.

Hood, Jones and Urbin each face two complaints of rape by instrumentation, records show. All but Eubank were arrested on a robbery complaint. No charges had been filed Tuesday.

The victim — who also had $300 stolen from a sock — was able to get away about three hours after the ordeal began, court records show.

All five remained Tuesday in the Oklahoma County jail. The bail amounts for some of the arrested exceed $1 million. has disabled the comments for this article.
