Five arrested in Oklahoma City prostitution bust

Oklahoma City police arrested five people Wednesday on complaints of offering to engage in acts of prostitution.

Oklahoma City police arrested five people late Wednesday and early Thursday in a prostitution bust on S Meridian.

Katelyn Powers, 21, Louella Morton, 27, Jessica Baldwin, 20, Charles Ratcliff, 22, and David Ansiel, 41, were arrested before and shortly after midnight Wednesday on complaints of offering to engage in acts of prostitution.

Powers, Morton and Baldwin offered to perform sexual acts in exchange for money, ranging from $200 to $300, according to police reports.

Ratcliff and Ansiel offered to pay in exchange for sexual acts, according to police reports.

They join 14 others who were arrested Tuesday in a prostitution bust across the city.
