What do you like most about being on this roster?

"The family atmosphere. The love you feel when you walk through the doors. You don't find that too many places. It's fun to be around. It makes you want to learn, makes you want to come here and work hard."

What's it like playing alongside Kevin Durant rather than against him when he was at Texas?

"You love to pass him the ball and just watch. He's a great scorer and he brings a lot to this organization."

Does Durant ever give you grief about playing for Baylor?

"We talk about that sometimes. We had 'em (beat) a couple times, but they always seemed to get out of there (with a win). This year was our year."

The rookies had to sing happy birthday and do a little dance for Durant on Wednesday. Who's the best dancer?

"Me... puh-leaze. No, probably Cole. Cole can get down a little bit."

Cole Aldrich? The 6-foot-11 guy from Kansas missing a front tooth?

"(Laughing) I like that on him. That's my boy, man. Big 12. Big 12."
