Braman Exit , ramps only State Highway 11 and United States Highway 177 United States Highway 77 and Fountain Road United States Highway 60 between Derby and Allen Drive Hubbard Road between Blackwell and Ponca City Blackwell Avenue and Radio Tower Road Numerous city streets on the east side of Blackwell removal.
