Harley's to Appear on Food Network series

The new Food Network series “Health Inspectors” will air an episode filmed in Choctaw at 9:30 p.m. Friday. The episode, “Slugs in the Walk-in,” focuses on Harley's Cafe as it prepares for a health inspection.

Anitori wind dinner offered

— Hensley's Top Shelf Grill, 1551 Garth Brooks Blvd., will host an Anitori Wine Dinner on Nov. 18. Chef David Sullivan will offer hors d'oeuvres and sparkling wine during the reception. Dinner begins with Fresh Bibb Lettuce with Red Pears, Toasted Pine Nuts, Feta, and Honey-Grapefruit Vinaigrette with Compogrande Orvieto Santa Christina. Next is Pistachio Crusted Sea Scallop with a Roasted Golden Bell Pepper Butter paired with Bramito Del Cervo Chardonnay. Third Course is Braised Pork with Savory Black Cherry Jam and a Rosemary Jus with Peppoli Estate Chianti Classico. The main course is Grilled Lamb Chop over Whipped Parsnip Scented Gold Potatoes with Butternut Squash and a Black Pepper-Chianti Reduction paired with Tenuta Tignanello. For dessert, chef Michelle Palazzo promises an amazing chocolate dessert to go with Tenuta Guado al Tasso-Il Bruciato.
