Chef Pierre Fauvet of Seattle will guest chef The Coach House, 6437 Avondale Dr., at 6:30 p.m. Monday.
The five-course menu prepared by Chef Fauvet will be paired with wines. Cost is $100 per person plus tax and gratuities.

anthony Bourdain to Visit Rose State sunday night
MIDWEST CITY — Chef/author/television personality Anthony Bourdain will make an appearance at Rose State Performing Arts Theatre, 6420 SE 15, at 7 p.m. Sunday.
Bourdain, whose “No Reservations” is winding down its run on Travel Channel before he jumps to CNN to create a new show, is the author of “Kitchen Confidential: Adventures in the Culinary Underbelly,” “Medium Raw: A Bloody Valentine to the World of Food and the People Who Cook” and “A Cook's Tour.”
He will spend the evening sharing candid and hysterical insights about his life's work and travels, including a question-and-answer session with the audience.

Stella Celebrates Truffles
Stella Modern Italian Cuisine, 1201 N Walker Ave., will celebrate the autumn truffle festivals of northern Italy by hosting a five-course dinner at 6:30 p.m. Monday.
Chef Jonathan Krell will start dinner with a Whipped Egg over Chantrelle Toast with Black Truffle, and follow it with White Asparagus and White Truffle Salad with Fennel Fronds finished with Grand Marnier Vinaigrette. Next is Wild Mushroom Ravioli in a White Truffle Horseradish Cream, and a main course of Filet of Beef with Black Truffle and Roasted Bone Marrow Butter, Cocoa Butter Braised Fingerling Potatoes and White Truffle Creamed Spinach. For dessert, assorted Hand Rolled Chocolate Truffles.

The new Food Network series “Health Inspectors” will air an episode filmed in Choctaw at 9:30 p.m. Friday. The episode, “Slugs in the Walk-in,” focuses on Harley's Cafe as it prepares for a health inspection.
Anitori wind dinner offered
YUKON — Hensley's Top Shelf Grill, 1551 Garth Brooks Blvd., will host an Anitori Wine Dinner on Nov. 18. Chef David Sullivan will offer hors d'oeuvres and sparkling wine during the reception. Dinner begins with Fresh Bibb Lettuce with Red Pears, Toasted Pine Nuts, Feta, and Honey-Grapefruit Vinaigrette with Compogrande Orvieto Santa Christina. Next is Pistachio Crusted Sea Scallop with a Roasted Golden Bell Pepper Butter paired with Bramito Del Cervo Chardonnay. Third Course is Braised Pork with Savory Black Cherry Jam and a Rosemary Jus with Peppoli Estate Chianti Classico. The main course is Grilled Lamb Chop over Whipped Parsnip Scented Gold Potatoes with Butternut Squash and a Black Pepper-Chianti Reduction paired with Tenuta Tignanello. For dessert, chef Michelle Palazzo promises an amazing chocolate dessert to go with Tenuta Guado al Tasso-Il Bruciato.
