NORMAN -- Police arrested former Oklahoma and current Chicago Bears defensive tackle Dusty Dvoracek early Saturday in Norman, police spokesman Mark Braley said.
Dvoracek, 26, was booked into the Cleveland County jail on complaints of public intoxication, assault and battery and interfering with official police business, jail records show. His custody status was not clear this morning.
The arrest stemmed from an altercation at Seven47, a bar on Campus Corner.
A post shortly after the incident on Seven47's Twitter account said, "Seeeee ya Dusty Dvoracek. Why don't u try heading northeast? I think you & your fighting friends would fit in much better there #jerseyshore."
Dvoracek has played in 13 games in four seasons with the Bears. He missed all of the 2009 campaign after tearing his ACL during the preseason, and has ended each year of his NFL career on injured reserve.
