Fordham routs Lock Haven 55-0 for 750th victory

NEW YORK (AP) — Michael Nebrich rushed for three touchdowns and passed for a fourth, and starting quarterback Ryan Higgins ran for one score and passed for another as Fordham crushed Lock Haven 55-0 Thursday night. It was the 750th win in school history, making Fordham the 15th Division I school to reach that milestone and the fifth Football Championship Subdivision team to do so.

It also made Rams head coach Joe Moorhead an easy winner in his coaching debut.

Fordham dominated Lock Haven. The Division II Bald Eagles trailed 21-0 after the first quarter and managed only 126 yards total offense to Fordham's 530. The Rams were perfectly balanced offensively, with 265 yards passing and another 265 on the ground.

Carlton Koonce ran for 146 yards as Fordham outrushed Lock Haven 265-49. Greg Wilson had two scoring catches for the Rams, including a 17-yarder from Higgins for a 28-0 halftime lead.
