Former Cherokee Nation Reserve deputy sentenced for stealing
MUSKOGEE, Okla. - A former reserve deputy has been sentenced to more than two years in prison for stealing weapons from the Cherokee nation Marshal Service.

The U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma says 33-year-old Mark Allen Cummins Jr. of Tahlequah was sentenced Friday to 27 months in prison.
