TULSA — A former court clerk in Catoosa faces up to five years in prison after pleading guilty to federal drug-related charges.
Federal prosecutors say 55-year-old Phyllis June Matthews pleaded guilty Monday in federal court in Tulsa to distributing the prescription painkiller hydrocodone.
