Former GOP senator Owen Laughlin may run for Oklahoma treasurer
Owen Laughlin , a former Republican state senator from Woodward, said he is considering running for state treasurer in 2010.
Laughlin, 58, said Friday he will decide within two months whether to file in June to seek the Republican nomination.
