Former Marble City teacher waives hearing in student sex case
SALLISAW – A former Marble City schoolteacher accused of having sex with a 13-year-old male student has waived her right to a preliminary hearing, court officials said Tuesday.
Stephanie Diane Harris , 27, of Sallisaw is charged in Sequoyah County District Court in Sallisaw with first-degree rape and three counts of soliciting sexual conduct of communication with a minor by use of technology.
