Charlie Strong's rampage through the UT football program continues.

Former Millwood All-State player Josh Turner has been dismissed from the team for a "violation of team rules," as confirmed by multiple reports.

Turner, a senior, was entering this season as one of the most experienced players on the Longhorns' defense.

Turner was the top prospect out of Oklahoma in the 2011 class. He becomes the sixth player dismissed from the Texas program in a two-day stretch by Strong, who also dismissed third-leading rusher Joe Bergeron and linebacker Kendall Thompson on Friday morning.

Thompson's departure is reportedly due to medical issues.
