Former Oklahoma City standout Allonzo Trier commits to Arizona Published: August 3, 2014

Allonzo Trier, a former Oklahoma City-area high school star and one of the top guards in the Class of 2015, has committed to Arizona, giving the Wildcats a third five-star player for its potential powerhouse 2015 recruiting class.

"My relationship with Coach [Sean] Miller and the way they recruited me was the difference," Trier told "It's a family program, a players program. I just fell in love with everything."

Trier has bounced around throughout his high school career. He's originally from Seattle but moved to Oklahoma City in the eighth grade. He played for the homeschool OKC Storm team as an eighth- and ninth-grader, then spent his sophomore season at Tulsa NOAH. He attended Montrose (Md.) Christian -- the alma mater of Thunder star Kevin Durant -- as a junior and is reportedly going to play for Las Vegas' Findlay Prep as a senior.

Scout and ESPN both reported Trier's decision this morning. Trier already updated his Twitter page with his choice and has been re-tweeting congratulations all morning.

Trier told that he chose the Wildcats over Washington, UCLA, Kansas and Louisville.
