Former Oklahoma City TV anchor dies
Jerry Adams , a former Oklahoma City television anchor, has died.
Adams anchored newscasts in the Oklahoma City market beginning in 1969 for KTVY — now KFOR — before moving briefly to Nashville . He then worked for KWTV for nine years until moving to KOCO in 1987, eventually leaving television news and began making car ads in the early 1990s.
Adams died Jan. 20.
