STILLWATER — A former Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper charged with second-degree rape told officials he had sex several times while on duty, a lieutenant said Monday.
Lt. Jason Holt testified at the preliminary hearing for Patrick Venable , 28, that the former trooper gave patrol investigators details about at least two other sexual encounters he had while he was working.
