Former Oklahoma narcotics agent expected to issue guilty plea next week

A former state narcotics agent is expected to enter a guilty plea Wednesday in an alleged scheme to run guns to Mexico .

Court documents unsealed Friday indicate Francisco Javier Reyes will plead guilty to one count each of conspiracy and transferring firearms to an out-of-state resident. The maximum penalty for each charge is five years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
