Blackmon posted $1,000 bond and was released Sunday afternoon.

This is the second alcohol-related incident for Blackmon. He was arrested in 2010 on a misdemeanor DUI complaint in Carrolton, Texas while returning to Oklahoma from a Dallas Cowboys game. Radar indicated he was driving 92 miles per hour in a 60 mph zone.

Blackmon was suspended for one game for that arrest.

Blackmon recently completed one of the greatest careers in OSU history, capturing back-to-back Biletnikoff awards in 2010 and 2011 after amassing 232 catches, 3,304 yards and 38 touchdowns over those two seasons. He has been participating in the Jaguars' offseason program but has not yet signed a contract.
