Dustin Bailey Graham, 25, was charged Sept. 27 with computer and sex crimes after police seized his laptops and iPhone last year.
According to court records, Graham has been released from jail on $46,000 bail. He pleaded not guilty at an initial court appearance, records show. He did not return calls for comment.
A probable cause affidavit filed in Oklahoma County says investigators found a file folder on Graham's laptop labeled “IHI Objectives,” which contained several videos of women and a young girl as they showered, changed into swimsuits and used the toilet at Graham's residence, 208 NW 34 in Oklahoma City.
He no longer lives at that address.
Court documents state that Graham could be seen “setting up the camera device in the bathroom” in each of the videos. Police say they have identified all of the women and the young girl in the videos. The victims confirmed to police they had no idea they were being filmed.
The videos range in length, from a couple of minutes to more than two hours, records show. Some of the victims were recorded on multiple occasions during the summer and fall of 2011.
A young girl, whose age was described in court documents only as under 13, was recorded once as she changed into a swimsuit, records show.
Graham was not charged with distributing the video clips seized by police.
An affidavit filed in Oklahoma County states that only eight of the 10 victims wanted to press charges against Graham.
