Stephen G. Jennings is now the president at Evansville University in Indiana. Jennings says in a statement released by the university that the arrest was his first offense, and he promised to take, quote, "every necessary action to ensure that it doesn't happen again."
That includes enrolling in a drug and alcohol deferral service program. The 61-year-old Jennings says he made a serious mistake and apologized to those in the community and on the campus.
According to a police report, Jennings was stopped last night after an officer saw his Toyota Avalon weaving between lanes and driving onto an expressway median. The car almost hit several construction barrels.

Exactly, who cares what happens in IN. I used to make those 'oklahoma connections' that everyone around here does but anymore its become to tedious, I think some people do it just to show that hey they got out of OK.
